How to get top jobs in Iran?

Improve your chances of getting a good job
Our mission in IranTalent is to help our candidates find the right job. To get a job with any of our clients, of course you must have the right skills and qualifications. However, it is not enough to be qualified - you must also be able to show that you are qualified.
To help you do this, we have put together a list of skills and attributes that our employers typically look for, and how you can show if you have these skills.

Skills & attributes

What you need to show as evidence

  • Graduating from an analytical subject (e.g. engineering)

This is just to give you an idea. Don't worry if you do not have all of these to show the employer. Sometimes if you think hard enough you will find close equivalents that can prove the same point. For example, if you do not have good qualifications from a top university, it is not the end of the world. Perhaps you worked on a very challenging project, or in your previous job were responsible for programming a very complex system? Each of these can potentially show the employer that you have good problem solving skills.

Alternatively, if you do not have several years of work experience, you can still improve your chances of getting the job by showing your English and communications skills at the interview, your ability to work well in a team, and your energy and motivation.Try to know yourself and your accomplishments so you can convince the employer that you are their man/woman. Be yourself at your best!
